Saying good bye to a loved one is surely one of life’s most difficult tasks. There are no words powerful enough,no music soothing enough,to ease your pain at a time like this. But I know you will find consolation in knowing how much you loved and cared for each other. —- I worked with Cathy those years at S C D C where we talked about our children and exchanged recipes.I feel like I knew Buffy and Laurie and Also Roger plus the sisters. She loved her family and talked about them constantly .Also her mom , dad and her dog .Cathy had to retire early due to back problems but I enjoyed working with her and learning all of her family! You all have my heartfelt sympathy. Cathy and I have been friends since the early 80’s when we worked together at Damon and then at SCDC. She will be missed but is now in the arms of her Loving Father. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in the days ahead.

My aunt Cathy was one of the best parts of my childhood. She always included me in everything her family did. She treated me like I was her child. She gave the best laughs, the best presents, the most fun and always loved me like a daughter. She was always the first to help someone, loved people and especially her family. She gave me a gift in Buffy, my very dearest most loved friend! I will miss her so much. I thank God for you Cathy, and all the love you shared with me! I'm so grateful she's met her Savior and will be waiting for me there! Rest now in the Home you've earned. I love all of you so much and pray for peace and comfort for you all!
