Alexander Emmanuel Gaytan Meza

Alexander Emmanuel Gaytan Meza, age 7, passed away on June 4, 2022 at Prisma Health Children's Hospital.

Born in West Columbia on March 13, 2015, he was the son of Jose Enrique Gaytan and Sarahi Meza.

Alexander was a student at Prosperity-Rikard Elementary School and attended Glory Tabernacle. He had a love for fishing and playing soccer. He loved reading and enjoyed listening to all types of music. He was a soft hearted little boy who loved his family, and was always smiling and laughing.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Sarahi Meza and Vicente Garcia; his father, Jose Enrique Gayton; his little brother, Levi James; grandparents, Santiago and Dora Meza, Mary Cruz Barridas, Julio Sosa, and Brandi Martinez.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 9, 2022 in Rosemont Cemetery.
