Angela Terran Williams Kirk, 66, of Newberry, died Thursday, May 14, 2026, at her home.

Born on July 26, 1959, in Newberry, she was a daughter of the late James Edward and Betty Doris Thomas Williams. Angie had been the property manager for Regency Woods and also had worked for the Newberry County School District. She was a member of Freedom Baptist Church.

Angie is survived by her husband, Douglas M. Kirk; a daughter, Elysia E. (Demareo) Mingo of Newberry; a son, Talmadge (Azadeh) Rowe of Chapin; a step-daughter, Nichole (Brandon) Robinson; a sister, Pauline (Clyde) Turner of Newberry; a brother, Danny Thomas of Irmo and grandchildren, Jonathan Meetze, Cyrus Rowe, Skylar Rowe, Kylie Orozco, Brielle Mingo, Myles Mingo, Fallon Mingo and Leo Robinson. She was predeceased by an infant son, Davey Edwards.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Eddie Bledsoe. The family will receive friends following the service.

The family suggests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to God's Abundance for All People (GAAP), PO Box 675, Newberry, SC 29108.

Everyone is encouraged to help celebrate her life by wearing her favorite colors of red or purple.
