Bobby Eugene Morse, 90, of Pomaria, widower of Geneve Graham Morse, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026, at Lexington Medical Center.

Born on July 7, 1935, in Newberry, he was a son of the late Joseph William and Beulah Irene Livingston Morse. Bobby was retired from the Newberry County Memorial Hospital as the maintenance Director. Following retirement he also worked at Newberry Federal Savings Bank. He most recently was a beloved member of the Lever Farm’s family.

He was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church where he was involved with the GO Group, a former Sunday School teacher, and he and Geneve were leaders of the UMYF for many years. He was also a recipient of the Faithful Servant Award. He was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Methodist Men’s Club and a charter member of the Chappells Sporting Society.

Bobby is survived by his daughter, Jenny Lynn (Daniel) Stone; grandchildren, Lori (John) Frampton and Eric (Melissa) Martin and great-grandchildren, John Edward Frampton III, William David Martin and Emily Jean Martin.

He was predeceased by a great-granddaughter, Averie Lynn Frampton.

Funeral services will be held at 5:00 pm Sunday, March 1, 2026, at New Hope United Methodist Church by the Rev. Bob Huggins and Rev. Jesse Rogers. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends following the service.

Active pallbearers will be Robert Davis, Michael Davis, Todd Lever. Steve Morse, Elbert Morse and John Hall.
