Brian Turner

Brian Daniel Turner, 42, of Newberry, died June 3, 2015 at his residence.

Born on November 19, 1972, in Lumberton, North Carolina, he was a son of Bobby Earl Turner and Jo Ann Britt Shultz. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Persian Gulf War and was employed by Wal-Mart.

He is survived by his mother of Newberry; his father of Lumberton, N.C.; his paternal grandparents, Howard and Laura Mae Turner of Lumberton; a brother, Robert Earl Turner of Lumberton; his nephew and niece; Joshua and Emily Turner. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Horace and Viola Branch.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
