Carl Stoll

Carl Wilbur Stoll, 75, of Newberry, died Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at his residence.

Born on September 4, 1934, in Lancaster, he was a son of the late James Meldeau and Jennelle Wilson Stoll. He was retired from A&P Grocery as a meat cutter and was a member of Glenn Street Baptist Church. He was a Shriner and a Mason.

Surviving are his wife, Juanita Terry Stoll; daughters, Cathy Elaine Varner and Susan Carlene Bickley both of Newberry; grandchildren, Shasta Smith, Lena Mallios and Hanna Bickley; great-grandchildren, Seth Wilson and Shelby Wilson

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 26, 2010, at McSwain-Evans Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Michael Whitesides. Burial with Masonic Rites will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o Helen Beebe, 181 Tailers Trail, Leesville, SC 29070.
