Chris Thornhill

Christopher Rodney “Moose” Thornhill, 55, of Prosperity, died December 4, 2022 at his residence.

Born on January 9, 1967, he was a son of Nancy Cagle Thornhill and the late Robert E. Thornhill. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator with Prosperity Metal Recycling, Inc.

He is survived by his mother of Prosperity, a daughter, Stormie (Michael) Harris of Clinton; a son, Christopher Brian (Kelsey) Thornhill of Nevada; sisters, Pam (Bachman) Pugh of Prosperity and Brandy (Daniel) Watson of Prosperity; brothers, Mark (LaShawnda) Thornhill of Prosperity and Mike (Heather) Thornhill of Rock Hill; and grandchildren, Hannah Leigh Thornhill, Bentley Thornhill, and Braylee Thornhill.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel.
