Christine Walling

Christine Wicker Walling, 85, of Newberry, widow of Troy Vernon Walling, died Monday, October 24, 2016, at White Oak Manor.

Born on January 14, 1931, in Pomaria, she was a daughter of the late Hugh Augustus and Minnie McCartha Wicker. She was retired from R. Bryan Company and was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Walling is survived by sons, Troy Lindsey Walling of Prosperity and Christopher Clay Walling of Newberry; a daughter, Tracey (Vernon) Corley of Newberry; seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
