Connie Hamilton Thomas, 84, of Newberry died, July 21, 2009 at Palmetto Health Richland Memorial Hospital.
Born in Newberry on December 16, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Wade and Annie Corley Hamilton.
She is survived by her husband, Harry H. Thomas; a son, Larry Thomas of Prosperity; a brother, Robert Hamilton of Newberry; two granddaughters, Lauri Monts of Newberry and Lucia Suzanne Thomas of Charleston; and a great-grandson, Hunter Monts.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday in Newberry Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 2711 Middleburg Drive, Suite 110, Columbia, SC 29204.
