Davis Gallman

Myron Davis Gallman, 40, of Newberry, died in Alaska.

Born on November 12, 1981, in Newberry, he was a son of Brenda Price Gallman and the late Doyle L. “Sonny” Gallman, Jr. He was a marine mechanic and a member of St. Philip's Lutheran Church.

Mr. Gallman is survived by his mother, Brenda Gallman; daughters, Katie Marie Gallman and Claire Davis Gallman and their mother, Amy Gallman; a brother, Doyle Lee (Brittney) Gallman; nephews, Kaden Gallman, Rhett Gallman and Elliot Gallman; uncle, Billy (Cathy) Gallman and cousins, Joey Gallman and Andy Gallman.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm Friday, October 28, 2022, at St. Philip's Lutheran Church Cemetery by the Rev. Terry Amick. The family will receive friends following the service. Memorials in honor and remembrance of Davis be made to McSwain-Evans Funeral Home, 1724 Main Street, Newberry, SC 29108 or online.

Honorary pallbearers will be Joey Gallman, Andy Gallman, Jamie Summer, Charlie Summer, Anthony Caldwell, Scott Roton and Captain Kyle Harris.
