Debra Sylvester

Debra Lee Simpson Sylvester, 70, of Newberry, widow of Dr. Robert Emerson Sylvester, passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at the Hospice House of Laurens.

Born on August 12, 1953, in Charleston, she was the daughter of the late Robert W. Simpson, Sr. and Eulalie Robert Kreider Simpson.

Mrs. Sylvester is survived by children reared in the home, Jacob Salerno and Constance Salerno Champion; a brother, Bobby (June) Simpson of Newberry and two nephews and a niece.

No formal service are being planned at this time.
