Lillie Edna Hawkins Stuck, 93, of Prosperity, widow of Heyward A. Stuck, died Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at her home.

Born on December 7, 1932, in Prosperity, she was a daughter of the late J.B. and Maggie Kyzer Hawkins. Mrs. Stuck retired from Kraft-Louis Rich. She was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church where she was a member of the Adult Sunday School Class, GALS and the New Horizions.

She is survived by daughters, Wanda S. (Philip) Connelly of Prosperity, Vickie S. (Phillip) Powell of Calabash, NC and Cindy S. (Jay) Harley of Pomaria; a sister, Joan Sigmon of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Tammy Connelly of Prosperity, Jay (Wendy) Connelly of Pomaria, Maggie Williams of Prosperity, Andrew Connelly of Newberry and Mollie (Alton) Stevens of Prosperity and nine great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 11:30 am on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church by the Rev. Bobby Morris. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 am until the hour of service in the church fellowship hall.
