Elizabeth Long Graham, 89, of Pomaria, widow of Vernon E. “Deebe”Graham, died October 8, 2021 at Newberry County Memorial Hospital.
Born on July 6, 1932 in Chapin, she was a daughter of the late Louie Franklin and Lillie Wessinger Long. She was a retired seamstress. She was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Go Group and the Adult Sunday School class. She and her husband Deebe, loved taking trips and spending time in the mountains.
She is survived by sons, Donnie Graham and his wife Connie of Chapin, Barry Graham and Daren Graham both of Pomaria; grandchildren, Mitchell Graham, Sarah Fischer, Casey Kosirog, and Jamie Morris; and several great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Nelson Graham; by sisters, Vaneria Summer and Isabell Long; and by brothers, Eugene Long, John Noah Long, and Hubert Long.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at New Hope United Methodist Church by the Rev. Jesse Rogers. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church. Memorials may be made to New Hope United Methodist Church, Building fund.
Active pallbearers will be Doug Graham, David Graham, Gary Graham, Mason Graham, Shane Livingston and Rodney Wicker.
