Elvin Eugene Edgins, 82, of Newberry, died Thursday, August 1, 2013, at J.F. Hawkins Nursing Home.
Born on June 12, 1931, in Laurens County, he was a son of the late Elvin Eugene and Nora Crocker Edgins. He was retired from Satterwhite Dairy.
He is survived by a daughter, Tina Bedenbaugh; six grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday, August 6, 2013, at Bush River Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, August 5, 2013, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home.
