James William Summer, 78, of Newberry, died Saturday, September 27, 2014, at his residence.
Born on January 19, 1936 in Newberry, he was a son of the late William David and Louise Allise Wilson Summer. He was a retired from Dominick Construction.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Knight Summer; a sons, Bart Summer and Robert Summer; a daughter, Regina Summer Chase; four grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
No formal service is planned.
