Janice Hawkins Crowell

Janice Hawkins Crowell, 80, of Little Mountain, widow of Charles Bruce Crowell, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at The Heritage at Lowman.

Mrs. Crowell was born to the late Irvy E. and Lillie Mae Boland Hawkins on April 4, 1943. She was a homemaker and member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Crowell is survived by her daughters, Laurie C. Lewis (Robert J.) of Chapin, and Reverend Susan Crowell (Mark Allen) of Taylors; her son, Steven Crowell of Little Mountain; her sisters, Margaret Cromer (David) of Pomaria, and Fay Hartman of Prosperity and her granddaughter, Elizabeth Allen.

She is predeceased by her brothers, Reverend Julian Hawkins and Lewis Hawkins.

Memorial services will be held at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church at 11:00 am Saturday, April 15, 2023, by the Reverend Randal Drafts. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service.
