Janice Skalicky

Janice Rister Skalicky, 65, of Greenville, died Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at her residence.

Born on August 24, 1955, in Newberry, she was a daughter of the late James and Helen Merchant Rister. She was a member of Mayer Memorial Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Skalicky is survived by her husband, Mark Skalicky; a son, Shawn Barbare of Newberry; daughters, Amber (Aaron) Morgan of Virginia and Ameila Skalicky of Charleston; sisters, Christine Fisher of Greenville and Linda Clark of Newberry; a brother, Wayne Rister of Newberry; grandchildren, Dalton Barbare, Haylin Barbare, Maryssa Barbare, Emma Morgan and Lydia Morgan. She was predeceased by a son, Ritchie James Barbare.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am Monday, October 26, 2020 at Newberry Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Bobby Morris.
