Janie Mozelle McKay

Janie Mozelle Frick McKay, 94, of Newberry, widow of Herman McKay, died Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at White Oak Manor.

Born on July 19, 1922, in Chapin, she was a daughter of the late Horace and Bessie Connelly Frick. She was retired from Kendall Company, Oakland Plant.

Mrs. McKay is survived by a son, Randy (Cathy) McKay of Prosperity; a daughter, Janie Ann Bundrick and grandchildren, Melanie (Kevin) Miller, Jennifer (David) Frady, Chantel Dimuzo and Sheramy Bundrick, Tony Michau, William “Mike”, Kevin Meetze and Wendy. She was predeceased by a daughter, Brenda Meetze.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am Friday, August 19, 2016, at Newberry Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be applied toward the funeral expenses at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home, 1724 Main Street, Newberry, SC 29108.
