Joanne Hill

Joanna Hill, 59, of Little Mountain, died Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at the Agape Hospice House of Lexington.

Born on June 4, 1962, in Prosperity, she was a daughter of the late Albert Franklin and Dorothy Elizabeth Howell Hill. She worked at White Oak Manor in Newberry. Ms. Hill was the ultimate care giver and took great pride in helping the nursing home patients.

She is survived by a son, Jamie Hill of Little Mountain; sisters, Karen (David) Gillion and Shelby (Larry) Hazel both of Newberry, Diane Edgins of Little Mountain and Alice (Buster) Breed of Panama City, FL; six nieces and nephews and thirteen great- nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 4:00 pm Monday, March 14, 2022, at Newberry Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 42040, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-3000.
