Katherine H. Villeponteaux

Katherine Haloulos Villeponteaux, 43, of Irmo, died August 22, 2014.

Born on December 9, 1970, in Laurens, she was a daughter of James Haloulos and the late Mary Taylor NorthCraft. She was a manager at Game Stop on Bush River Road, in Columbia and she loved animals.

She is survived by her father and step-mother, James and Susan Haloulos of Piedmont; sisters, Tiffany Twigg and her husband, Randy of Irmo, and Lauren Haloulos of Piedmont; a brother, Stephen Haloulos of Piedmont; her step-father, Michael NorthCraft of Williston; several nephews; several great-nieces and a great-nephew; best friend and "brother" Jesse Ochoa.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 pm Monday, August 25, 2014 at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends Monday from 5:30 - 6:45 pm at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Pets Inc., 300 Orchard Drive, West Columbia, SC 29171.
