Leola Elizabeth Long Fanning

Leola Elizabeth Long Fanning, 86, of Beaufort, SC, died Thursday, April 14, 2022 at her residence.

Born on January 4, 1936, in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late Olin Sligh and Gladys Geiger Long. 

Mrs. Fanning is survived by her husband, Judge Donald A. Fanning, Sr.; sons, Lorick Fanning and Dr. Donald Alton Fanning, Jr., a daughter, Laura Elizabeth Fanning; a sister, Mary Geiger Yount and two grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, April 21, 2022, at Mt. Pilgrim Lutheran Church Cemetery in Prosperity, SC by the Rev. Bobby Morris.
