Lindy Sue Brock

Lindy Sue Brock, 66, of Newberry, died Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at her residence.

Born on May 11, 1956, in Columbia, she was the daughter of Geneva Poole Spires and the late James Spires.

Mrs. Brock is survived in addition to her mother, Geneva Spires of Spartanburg by her husband, Jimmy Brock; a son, Steven Radford (Patrina) of Newberry; daughters, Brandi Gilstrap (Michael) of Prosperity and Tiffany Willingham (Adam Rowe) of Newberry; brothers, Jeff Spires of Spartanburg and Andy Spires of Lake Placid, FL; twelve grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held at 5:00 pm Monday, March 13, 2023, at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Eddie Bledsoe. Mrs. Brock may be viewed before the service or following the service at which time the family will receive friends.
