Lisa F. Vaughn

Lisa Karen Force Vaughn, 65, of Newberry, died Friday, March 9, 2018, at Self Regional Medical Center.

Born on August 20, 1952, in Newberry she was the daughter of June Taylor Force and the late George “Pete” Force, Jr.. She was a retired associate of Wal Mart and a member of Grace Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Vaughn is survived in addition to her mother, June Force of Newberry by her husband, Jerry H. Vaughn; a son, Jerry H. Vaughn, Jr. and Jennifer Ware of Little Mountain; a daughter, Melissa (Michael) Busby of Whitmire; a brother, Clayton (Christy) Force of Prosperity; grandchildren, Dakota Senn, Alysa Vaughn, Makyia Senn and Masyn Busby.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Casual attire is requested and motorcycle attire would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends following the service and at other times will be at the home of her mother, June Force.
