Maria Sanchez Carrillo

Maria Antonia Sanchez Carrillo, 63, of Newberry, died Saturday, June 6, 2009 at her residence.

Born on August 16, 1945 in Hermanas Coahuila, Mexico, she was a daughter of the Jesus and Venancia Sanchez. She was of the Catholic faith.

Surviving are her husband, Jesus Carrillo Romero; children, Leticia Carrillo, Luis Carrillo, Rosa Carrillo, Jesus Carrillo, Sandra Carrillo, Armando Carrillo, Monica Carrillo, Isabel Carrillo and Cesar Carrillo; siblings, Oscar Sanchez, Miquel Sanchez, Juan Sanchez, Antonio Sanchez, Raul Sanchez, Zapopan Sanchez and Clemancia Sanchez; 23 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at McSwain-Evans Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in St. Williams Catholic Church Cemetery in Saluda. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home.
