Maria "Bobbye" Tejada

Maria Esther “Bobbye” Tejada, 58, of Newberry, died Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at her residence.

Born on November 16, 1955, in El Paso, TX, she was a daughter of Johnny Tejada and Rosa B. Tejada. She was a retired medical assistant.

Ms. Tejada is survived in addition to her father of Waco, TX and her mother of Newberry by a sister, Rosa Longshore of Spartanburg and brothers, Lee Tejada of Bossier City, LA and Eddie Tejada of Waco, TX.

Memorial services will be held at 5:00 pm Friday, November 29, 2013, at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to ASPCA, PO Box 96929, Washington, DC 20090-6929.
