Rev. Marie B. Haydock

Rev. Marie Beatrice Haydock, 80, of Newberry, died Saturday, September 13, 2014, at White Oak Manor.

Born on December 29, 1933, in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Anna Aubain Olive. She was a member of Glory Tabernacle and the Adult Impact Group. She was a retired ordained minister of the Upper S.C. Conference of Pentecostal Churches.

Rev. Haydock is survived by a son, Richard Jordan; brothers, Rev. Louis Olive and John Olive; sisters, Mary Duzant, Sylvia Winckler and Emily (Juan) Montes; sisters-in-law, Sylvia Olive, Edna Olive and Joann Olive and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, September 15, 2014, at Glory Tabernacle by the Rev. Joel Mundy and Rev. Louis Olive. Burial will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday at the church from 1:00 pm until the hour of service. Memorials may be made to Glory Tabernacle, PO Box 778, Newberry, SC 29108.
