Norma Jean Carey Madsen, 88, of Chappells, widow of Willard Allen Madsen, died December 8, 2010 at her residence.
Born on April 19, 1922, in Franklin, Nebraska, she was a daughter of the late James and Erva Tippetts Carey.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Barnes and her husband Jim of Chappells; a brother, James Carey of Franklin, Nebraska; two grandsons, and six great-grandsons.
She will be interred in Franklin, Nebraska.
