Patricia A. Long

Patricia Ann Long, 68, of Newberry, died Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at her residence.

Born on April 4, 1946, in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late George Andrew and Bertha Smith Kanipe.

Ms. Long is survived by a son, Jason Ballentine Long of Newberry; a daughter, Kimberly Lucile (Wesley) Long-McCaskill of Lugoff and grandchildren, Chelsea McCaskill, Ryan McCaskill, Chloe McCaskill, Andrew Long and Brooklyn Long. She was predeceased by a daughter, Sandra Ophelia Long.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, March 6, 2015, at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society.
