Rebecca Telfer

Rebecca Herrell “Becky” Telfer, 71, of Newberry, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at the Newberry County Memorial Hospital. 

Born on August 20, 1953, in Anniston, AL, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Francina Motte Herrell. She was worked in the banking industry as a Senior Vice President. Becky was a member of First Baptist Church. 

She is survived by her husband, Randolph Telfer; a sister, Mary Hostetter; a brother, Thomas Herrell; step-sons, Matthew Telfer and Breon Telfer and a number of grandchildren and one great-grandchild. 

Arrangements for a memorial service at First Baptist Church will be announced later.
