Sandra Mundy

Sandra Gayle Mundy, 69, of Prosperity, died Thursday, December 16, 2021, at National Health Care in Laurens.

Born on August 26, 1952, in Newberry, she was a daughter of the late George Mundy, Sr. and Wanda Ard Mundy. She was a graduate of the Newberry Vocational School nursing program and retired from Laurel Crest.

Ms. Mundy is survived by a special niece, Sheena Holland of Prosperity and her children who were like grandchildren, Meleena Gallman, Lexianna Gallman and James Gallman; sisters, Debbie Mundy of Prosperity, Cindy Irons of Newberry and Carol Williams of Laurens; brothers, George (Karen) Mundy, Jr. of Whitmire, Kerry (Debbie) Mundy of Batesburg and Craig (Trish) Mundy of Prosperity and a number of nieces and nephews. She predeceased by a brother, Eddie Mundy.
