Steve Radford

Steve Mitchell Radford, 59, of Whitmire, died Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at Newberry County Memorial Hospital.

Born on December 7, 1952, in Whitmire, he was a son of the later A.V. And Shirley Stewart Radford. Mr. Radford was a mechanic and attended Evans Street Church of God.

He is survived by sons, Bradley Ray Radford and Steven Christopher Radford both of Newberry; a brother, Tony Radford of Whitmire; a cousin, Joel Wessinger of Whitmire; grandchildren, Dazah Cromer, Paeton, Makya, Zacc, Elijah, Caleb and Matthew Radford.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, March 10, 2012, at Whitmire Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 – 7:30 pm at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home.
