Steven Roberts

Steven Wayne Roberts, 54, of Prosperity, died Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at Palmetto Health Richland.

Born on November 23, 1962, in Columbus, GA, he was a son of the late Jesse and Julia Hammond Roberts. He was US Army veteran, a former electrician and a member of O'Neal Baptist Church in Greer.

Mr. Roberts is survived by his wife, Dorothy Ann Eller Roberts; a son, David Roberts; sisters, Shirley Robinson and Patti Lane; brothers, Jesse Roberts, Earl “Butch” Roberts, and Kenny Roberts and a half-brother, Bobby Hammond.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, February 18, 2017, at Freedom Baptist Church.
