Susan Kingsmore

Susan Denise Sizemore Kingsmore, 67, of Irmo, widow of Stanley Kingsmore, died Wednesday, March 22, 2023.

Born on December 10, 1955, in Whitmire, she was the daughter of the late William Marion and Annie Elizabeth Franklin Sizemore. She worked at Wal-Mart on Garner's Ferry Road in Columbia for a number of years. Mrs. Kingsmore won numerous awards for her cakes and crocheted afghans. She spent many hours with her plants and loving on her animals.

She is survived by sons, Mike Kingsmore (Katy) of Little Mountain and David Kingsmore (Lisa) of Prosperity; a daughter, Beth Morgan of Chapin and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Frank Sizemore.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, March 24, 2023, at Rosemont Cemetery by the Rev. Jeff O'Dell. The family will greet family and friends following the service at the gravesite.
