William Bruce Cross, 95, of Newberry, died Monday, July 27, 2026, at Newberry Health.

He was born on June 11, 1931, in Saginaw, Michigan.  Mr. Cross served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.  He retired from NASA as an aeronautical engineer.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Hayes Cross; sons, Douglas (Patty) Cross and Donald (Diane) Cross; step-sons, Joe Sahedi, David Sahadi and John Sahadi; step-daughters, Helen Sahadi and Elizabeth Sahad and thirteen grandchildren.

Mr. Cross was predeceased by his first wife, Janice Stump Cross.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete, and will be announced.
