Zapopan Sanchez, 69, of Saluda, died Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at Hospice of the Piedmont in Greenwood.
She was born on December 18, 1941, in Hermanas, Coahuila, to the late Jesus and Venancia Sanchez. She was a member of St. William’s Catholic Church in Ward.
Ms. Sanchez is survived by sons, Jorge Tolentino and Javier Garcia. She was predeceased by a son Jose Sanchez.
A funeral mass will be held at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, November 3, 2011, at St. William’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. A wake will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel.
