Nanny you meant so much and my memories of my visits to the Lake house are some of the best ever. Thank you for introducing this semi-Yankee to cheese grits cooked with bacon grease and putting up with me trying to help you in "your" kitchen. Beth finally taught me to back away:) You touched my life and our girls, Paige and Emma Thornton, your Great-Granddaug hters were lucky enough to meet you. In another life I will see you again. I have missed those grits for many years now! Love always, Heather Henry Thornton, Paige and Emma

When Nell came to live with Wanda she became a member of our SS class at Parkwood Baptist Church. She was such a sweet lady and always smiled when you were talking with her. Wanda was such a wonderful care giver and you could see the love she had for Nell. We are so blessed to have good memories of our loved ones and I am sure you have many of Nell. God bless you all.

To Mike,Mark and Beth. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. You know how much I loved Nell. In the short time that we lived in the same neighborhood we had a lot of laughs and love. I will always keep her in my memories. Love to the 3 of you and the rest of the family.
