Dear Uncle JC and Mrs. Shealy,

I was quite saddened to hear of Aunt Nelle's passing. I will always remember her for her quick and contagious laugh, beautiful flowers, hardy green thumb, benevolent heart, quilt stitchery and for being an exemplary Southern cook like the Chapman girls have been known for. During her 93 years, Aunt Nelle’s life blessed many – I am just one. I pray that the family’s loss is lightened by distinct and clear memories of the times joy was shared, funny moments and reminders of the great gain Aunt Nelle’s life brought to all who knew her. Know that I share in your pain during this time.

Much love,
