We have been fortunate to be friends with Barbara since her nephew, Matt, married our daughter. It was always a joy to be around her because she had a consistently positive attitude and a happy, vibrant spirit. She will be missed by the many people she touched in her life. Drew, we are very sorry for your loss.

I only had the chance to know Barb for a few short weeks, but she was such an exciting and dynamic person to be around! She was so dedicated to her work at Christian Assistance Bridge and was such a good and caring person. We all are saddened by her passing and will miss her greatly. My prayers and thoughts are with her family at this difficult time.

We met in March at CAB and became fast friends. Barbara was SO proud of her family and shared pictures and stories often. She was positively glowing after spending time with Savannah and Kendall in May and treasured every moment with them. I know she adored her dogs, too. If family cannot keep them, please let me know; I will adopt in a heartbeat. My heart breaks for your family's loss and you are all in my prayers.

The Board and volunteers of the Christian Assistance Bridge in Blythewood, SC share in your loss. Barb was special to us here; she had a heart for service and a skill in sharing that vision with others. We were blessed to have had her here and are better as an organization and as servants, because of her.
